Fol­low­ing an invi­ta­tion by local artists qujOchÖ savored a sum­mer trip to Inns­bruck. In sym­bol­ic exile the actu­al place was used as het­ero­topi­cal point of insight. Focus of the project was an intense exam­i­na­tion of and research into the mytho­log­i­cal sto­ry of rebel­lion in con­nec­tion with the Tyrolean free­dom fight­er Andreas Hofer. Dur­ing the Andreas-Hofer-anniver­sary year qujOchÖ set out for the fol­low­ing inter­ven­tions and rein­ter­pre­ta­tions in pub­lic space:

• Trans­for­ma­tion of the Andreas Hofer mon­u­ment at Berg Isel into a RAF memorial
• Renam­ing the Andreas-Hofer-street in Pippi-Langstrumpf-street
• Replace­ment of the entire range of Andreas Hofer brand (beer, cheese, wine, …) in a local super­mar­ket by Abdullah-Öcalan-products
• Sound-based inter­ven­tion in the offi­cial Andreas Hofer exhi­bi­tion in the Fer­di­nan­deum in Innsbruck

Beside these gueril­la actions Doris Prlic feat. some oth­er qujOchÖians, Guy Bored and Fuck the Rebels per­formed at the p.m.k.
